- These terms and conditions form the basis of the professional relationship
you (the Client) and me (the Provider) will have, should you give me
the honour of acting as your Life Coach, workshop facilitator or guest
speaker.
- While these terms and conditions of service are in simple language,
the agreements herein are legally binding, and any bookings made are
subject to all the agreements detailed below.
- The Client is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms
and conditions at the time of booking the Provider for any assignment.
- These agreements are enforced by all relevant Commonwealth and Australian
state and territory legislation. In the event of any dispute due to the
non-payment of fees or any other reason, the Provider reserves to take
any action against the Client deemed reasonable by the Provider via the
courts, other tribunal or any other legally available means to recover
outstanding fees or to resolve any other dispute between the parties.
- All fees cited on the retailguru.com.au website fees
page and any other materials which may be provided to the Client
by the Provider, are inclusive of analysis, design, delivery and telephone
follow up.
- All other associated expenses, including (but not limited to) venue
hire, video hire, manual and other materials production etc. etc. will
be charged at cost.

Copyright Provisions

- Copyright for any proposal, workshop and coaching session design,
and training or any other materials including this website remain
the property of the Provider.

Payment Terms
-
Coaching
-
- Total fee must be received by the Provider at least 48 hours prior
to any coaching session.
- In the instance of a coaching package of multiple sessions being
booked by the Client, the discounted fees cited on any schedule of
fees provided by the Provider either on the gettalifecoach.com.au
website or any other materials which may be published from time to
time, will only be made available on total payment for the package
selected by the Client at the time of booking (and received by the
Provider at least 48 hours prior to the first session, per point
11.1 above); otherwise the full per single session fee without discount
will apply.

Workshops, speaking, training or other assignments

- A booking deposit equal to 50% of total fee is due for payment
by the Client on booking of an assignment, followed by monthly invoices
until completion.
- Payments are due no later than 7 days from date of invoice.
- In the event of a one-off assignment or engagement of services,
final payment will be due immediately on the day of completion.

Late or non-payment

- In the event of late or non-payment, the Provider reserves the
right to immediately cease all assignments with and for the Client
without notice, and
- The Provider will invoice the Client weekly for all outstanding
monies due to the Provider, plus
- An additional recovery fee of $20 per day overdue.

Rescheduling and Cancelling
- Client organisations and individuals may reschedule coaching, workshops
consulting days, facilitation or any other assignments up to 14 days
before scheduled date, per the following conditions:
- Coaching, workshops, consulting days, facilitation or any other
assignments rescheduled within 14 days of scheduled date: the Provider
will charge an additional 50% of total fee due, in addition to
the fee for the day.
- Coaching, workshops, consulting days, facilitation or any other
assignments rescheduled within 28 days of scheduled date: 30% of
total assignment fee will be deducted from the booking deposit
per point 13.1 above, the balance of which will be refunded to
the Client by the Provider within 7 days.
- Coaching, workshops, consulting days, facilitation or any other
assignments rescheduled within 21 days of scheduled date: 50% of
total assignment fee, which is equal to the booking deposit per
point 13.1 above, will be forfeited by the Client.
- Coaching, workshops, consulting days, facilitation or any other
assignments rescheduled and subsequently cancelled: 100% of fee
will be payable by the Client.

Liability
- The Provider is providing all services and assignments in good
faith to the Client at the Client's request, and
- As such, the Client accepts that any advice, guidance or other
information or direction given by the Provider is personal opinion
only and the Client alone is responsible for any decisions or actions
taken resulting from the provision of any such opinions, advice,
guidance or other information or direction.
- Further to points 18.1 and 18.2 above, the Client agrees to indemnify
the Provider from any damages whatsoever arising from the Provider's
provision of opinions, advice, guidance or other information or direction.
- The Provider retains the right to modify or replace these fees, terms
and conditions at anytime.
